Renovators Dream
Property renovation has become popular in the UK, whether it's modernising a sorely outdated interior or gutting a Georgian townhouse. Renovators Dream, a new startup in London, is a company catering specifically for those looking for properties to renovate, or for those in the process of renovating their home.
They wanted to build a site with listings exclusively for renovation properties, and combine it with listings for businesses -- like DIY warehouses and local hardware stores, plumbers and electricians -- that anyone renovating a property is bound to need.
Momo built the Renovators Dream web site, and will continue our relationship with Renovators Dream Ltd to expand and improve the site in response to customer feedback. Using Ruby on Rails, we were able to implement a fairly complex specification in a way that's flexible enough to handle future additions and changes.
For this site, we worked with a design created by Ident Design, and set up and continue to manage the dedicated hosting solution for the site. You can view the site at http://renovatorsdream.co.uk.
